The Warrior Lacrosse helmet is white with a red visor and red chin guard.

 

FYI

Physical Examination Forms are only for High School age children - Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior.
The Devo Program children do NOT need a physical - 8 grade and below.
 
If you have had a physical for another sport within the last year such as football or soccer and it's on file at school,

we can accept that. Although you will need to talk to the Athletic Director and ask for a copy

since we are a club sport and are not affiliated with the school we will need to retain a copy for our records.
