ALL PLAYERS ARE INVITED TO CONDITIONING   

EVERY  THURSDAY  6:30-8:30 P.M. @ Ridgewood Middle School (when school is in session)

All Players at conditioning MUST wear a helmet!

Merchandise is for sale at every conditioning.
Registration forms available/Dues can be paid at every conditioning.

Bring your used equipment to sell! (must be priced and have your name on it)

FYI

Physical Examination Forms are only for High School players (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior)
The Devo Program players do NOT need a physical ( 8th grade and below)
 
If you have had a physical for another sport within the last year such as football or soccer and it's on file at school,
we can accept that. Although you will need to talk to the Athletic Director and ask for a copy
since we are a club sport and are not affiliated with the school we will need to retain a copy for our own records.
